Customers submitting a purchase order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by Travel Clever. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.
Travel Clever does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.
Travel Clever Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Travel Clever offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone, fax or email will not be accepted.
Travel Clever ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail and arrive within 5-15 working days from dispatch. Travel Clever does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. Customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives. A flat rate of $15 applies to all deliveries.
Orders are dispatched within 5-15 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
Acceptance of Goods
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Travel Clever immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags intact and accompanied by the receipt. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
Travel Clever reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in US Dollars (USD).
Returns & Exchanges
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition. The 'Exchange & Return Form' on the reverse side of your invoice must be completed and returned with your garments.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email shoponline@Travelclever.com with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, color & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our Warehouse Team at Travel Clever. If the style you require is 'out of stock' an online credit note or refund will be issued.
